My stay at the hotel was quite good overall. The rooms were well set out, clean, and tidy, but I missed having hand or face towels, and the bath mat was just thrown over the shower top. The service was friendly and efficient, especially when they accommodated our request for two separate beds on short notice. The location was ideal for shopping, dining, and easy access to public transportation, although being close to a 24hr McDonald's drive-thru was a bit noisy. The dining experience met expectations, and the facilities were satisfactory.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was fantastic and had everything we needed for our short stay. However, it overlooked the 24-hour McDonald's drive-through, which caused some noise until late at night. The service was excellent, especially in helping with directions and accommodating a last-minute request. The location was fantastic, close to shopping, food outlets, and where I needed to be. The dining experience was good but could have been better. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.
