My stay at the hotel was quite good overall. The rooms were well set out, clean, and tidy, but I missed having hand or face towels, and the bath mat was just thrown over the shower top. The service was friendly and efficient, especially when they accommodated our request for two separate beds on short notice. The location was ideal for shopping, dining, and easy access to public transportation, although being close to a 24hr McDonald's drive-thru was a bit noisy. The dining experience met expectations, and the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with a kitchenette and washing machine in the room. The room was cleaned after 12:30 pm. The service was responsive and accommodating, with shopping close by. The location was convenient, close to shops and with great facilities nearby. The morning dining options were good, and homemade preserves were a nice touch.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was fantastic and had everything we needed for our short stay. However, it overlooked the 24-hour McDonald's drive-through, which caused some noise until late at night. The service was excellent, especially in helping with directions and accommodating a last-minute request. The location was fantastic, close to shopping, food outlets, and where I needed to be. The dining experience was good but could have been better. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.
